In fact, out of proportion even the medicine can turn into poison, and tea is anyway considered as a stimulator, and that is why many people have the habit of drinking tea just before coming out of the bed. IT CAN LEAD TO SLEEPING DISORDER AND CONSTANT PASSING URINE

The regular and prolonged consumption of tea can result in the diuretic effects, due to which you will feel like going to washroom frequently, and it can also cause a sleep disorder., say the reports. The reason behind this is said to be the caffeine contents of the tea. According to the reports, Caffeine is considered to be the most popular drug in the world and it is found naturally in over 60 plants including the coffee bean, tea leaf, kola nut and cacao pod. Since the caffeine is a stimulator it can temporarily make us feel more alert by blocking sleep-inducing chemicals in the brain and increasing adrenaline production. (source

This is another problem people who drink more tea can face. In fact, if you drink the black tea you would surely face constipation, and the reason behind this is, the chemical component in the Tea called Theophylline which can cause dehydration effects during the digestion process, which leads to constipation. Although there are many cases wherein the consuming a cup of tea in the morning can surely help clear bowl movement but drinking excess tea would lead to constipation.

Again the content of caffeine can play the major role in developing the anxiety and restlessness as the caffeine is considered to be a mood-enhancing drug, which has some and good and bad effects on our body, and consuming too much amount of tea can lead to sleep distraction, restlessness, anxiety, and increased heart rate.

Yes, and this could be considered as the worst side effect of driving excess amount of tea per day. A new study from Scotland has found that men who are heavy tea drinkers may be at higher risk for prostate cancer. However, the researchers point out their study was not designed to find causes, so all they can say is that heavy tea drinking is linked to a higher risk for prostate cancer and not necessarily the cause of it. These are some of the side effects, or you can call it an outcome of drinking the tea in an excess amount. The hobbit of drinking tea is similar to the smoking which is addictive at times, and due to this people keeps consuming end number of cups per day. Besides facing the above side effects, the chances of becoming ‘Diabetic’ also cannot be ruled out, as the number of cups is directly proportionate to the number of spoons of sugar, that body has to take care after the consumption of tea.
